Rice Fritters with Berry Sauce

Bring water and milk to a boil, pour in the washed rice, salt, add sugar to taste, mix and cook on a quiet fire for 30 minutes.
We give the porridge to cool, then add, stirring, lightly beaten eggs, flour and lemon (orange) zest.
From the resulting dough in a frying pan heated with butter, fry, as usual, fritters.
Served with berry puree: knead the berries with sugar, add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
