Radiator for low-power transistors
For many years of amateur radio activity, I have faced different situations. For example, you need a slightly more powerful transistor than is available. The way out of this situation is not very complicated. It is enough to add a radiator to such a transistor and its power will increase. After all, as a rule, low-power transistors mostly burn due to overheating and their power is therefore strictly limited. I also very often encountered such a situation when a manufacturer of various electronics accelerates low-power transistors to the limit, as a result they heat up a little. This tactic is not reliable and soon or known a weak link will make itself felt. To avoid this and get out of a difficult situation, I will show how to make a radiator for small transistors.
