Goose baked with red cabbage

You will need

  • - dry red 100 ml;

  • - Wine vinegar 3 tbsp;

In a bowl, mix half the honey, a third of the finely chopped ginger root, white wine and spices. Mix thoroughly.

Wash the cabbage, shred, add grated carrots, salt, sugar and vinegar. Press and marinate for 20 minutes. Then extinguish about 15 minutes. Add red wine, and after another 10 minutes pour in white wine. Before the end of the quenching add the remaining honey and ginger.
Take out the goose, put it in the dish. Around him spread stewed vegetables and garnish with greens.
