When,the wires will be removed, the electronic board can be pulled out of the case and free access to the engine.The motor can not be pulled out while the knife is fixed on its axis. You can do this without disassembling the motor.Take the grease on the tip of the screwdriver, and apply it on the axis, next to the bearing. Next, move the axis of the rotor from top to bottom. Thus, part of the lubricant will fall inside the sleeve. This will give a better slip, which does not hurt, the more it is possible to do it. After that, check the length of the collector brushes. If they are short and practically fall out of the inserts, then they should be replaced. Next, proceed to checking the integrity of the cord and power supply connector.The pointer shows 220 volts, so the cord and the connector are fine. Now, we check the operation of the protection switch against accidental activation.While the grinder is operating, its closed lid presses on the glass rod, which in turn presses the switch and closes its contacts. Therefore, connect the ends of the device to the terminals of the switch and click on its button.During normal operation, the device will show a short circuit. If it does not exist, then the matter is in it, that is, a replacement cannot be avoided. Now we turn to checking the engine. We insert the board into special grooves, and the engine is placed side by side.Also, insert the power connector with the cord in its place (in the bottom of the case) and turn on the power plug in the network. It is also necessary that the switch contacts at the time of check were closed , you can do this by inserting the plastic rod, as in the photo.You can of course hold the button and finger at the time of starting, but it's not entirely safe in the event of a short circuit of the motor winding. To now check if the voltage on the motor and the board , one end of the pointer is connected to the common wire,and another with switch output.A pointer should show the presence of voltage, as in the photo. If there is no voltage, then the problem should be looked for in the power supply connector of the sole. Disconnect the power supply plug from the mains. When we checked the presence of voltage, and it is, we connect the connectors to the corresponding contacts on the board.The one that comes from the engine and the board (common), connect the piece of copper wire, from the connector to the corresponding contact. This must be done so that the engine can be checked in the supine position, as it is more convenient and safer.
