Cabbage salad "Autumn"

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 5 kg
  • carrot - 1 kg
  • onions - 1 kg
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg
  • sugar - 350 gr
  • salt - 4 tbsp.
  • Vinegar 9% - 0.5 liters
  • sunflower oil - 0.5 liters

Cooking:

1. It is necessary to grate the carrots, peppers, onions and finely cut the cabbage.

2. Add sugar, salt, vinegar, sunflower oil and spread on cans. Well put on the salad fist.

3. Close the jars lid after 3 days and send the cabbage salad in the fridge.

Special cabbage salad

Ingredients:

  • cucumbers - 1 kg
  • pepper - 1.5 kg
  • tomatoes - 2.5 kg
  • cabbage - 2 kg

  • salt - 4 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 cup

Cooking:

Ingredients:

  • fresh cucumbers - 1 kg
  • cabbage - 2 kg

Cooking:

Ingredients:

  • beet
  • white cabbage
  • bitter pepper pod
  • black pepper peas
  • garlic
  • salt
  • boiling water

Cooking:

1. Cut the cabbage together with the stalk, beet, garlic and pepper. In the same order, put the sliced ​​vegetables in layers in a saucepan, add black pepper.

2. In another saucepan, boil water with salt and pour marinade over the cabbage. After 5 days, the salad can be served on the table.

Cabbage with eggplants

Ingredients:

  • eggplants - 1 kg
  • fresh cabbage - 1 kg
  • carrots - 300 gr
  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • black pepper - 10 peas
  • 9% vinegar - half a cup
  • salt and hot pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Make aubergines for 7 minutes. At this time, chop the cabbage and rub the carrots.

2. Cut the eggplants into cubes, add to the cabbage and carrots along with chopped hot pepper and chopped garlic.

3. Add peppercorns, vinegar, salt and mix.
